KYC Leather, operated by PT. CHAIYUGASRI TOURISM, provides B2B leather sourcing, wholesale supply, OEM/ODM manufacturing, and export services. Our website is intended for business buyers, distributors, and wholesalers. We do not sell directly to individual consumers.
All quotations provided through our website or via email are non-binding until confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices are subject to change based on raw material costs, order volume, and currency fluctuations. A formal purchase order and deposit payment are required to confirm any production order.
All products are subject to minimum order quantities (MOQ) as specified on our product pages. MOQs may vary by product type, customisation level, and material. Please contact us for specific MOQ requirements for your order.
Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance before shipment. We accept Bank Transfer (TT), Wise, Payoneer, PayPal, and Stripe. All payments must be made in the agreed currency. Bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
We ship worldwide via reputable freight forwarders. Shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise agreed in writing. KYC Leather provides all necessary export documentation including commercial invoice, packing list, and certificate of origin.
We maintain strict quality control throughout production. In the event of a manufacturing defect, claims must be raised within 14 days of receipt of goods with photographic evidence. We do not accept returns for custom or OEM orders unless there is a verified manufacturing defect.
All content on this website — including text, images, logos, and product designs — is the property of KYC Leather / PT. CHAIYUGASRI TOURISM. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without prior written permission. Custom designs created for OEM clients remain the intellectual property of the respective client.
KYC Leather shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed the value of the specific order in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts in Indonesia.
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.
